L&T Technological Services, which has a strong presence in the Engineering, Research, and Development space, is eyeing to up the size of its female workforce by March 2017.
Plans are on the anvil to increase the proportion of women in their workforce from the current 18 percent to 20 percent of the total staff in the next three months.
In a bid to throw open more job opportunities, the company has also chalked out a roadmap to offer more employment to differently-abled people in the immediate future.
Paneesh Rao, Chief Human Resources Officer of L&T Tech, informed that the company would hire more differently-abled persons in various departments.
